Seguro que por esta me gano unfollows a manta, pero vamos allá: creo que estamos asistiendo a una “mitificación” del emprendimiento como “tabla salvadora” de nuestra economía, algo que me parece peligroso. Aprecio mucho a los emprendedores “megacurrantes” y entregados que conozco, pero se ha creado una “burbuja de gurús” del emprendimiento que da una imagen falsa de lo que es y representa ser un emprendedor. Algo muy, muy, muy complicado y con mayor posibilidad de fracaso que de éxito.
Una derivada de este movimiento “todo-el-mundo-debe-ser-un-emprendedor”, es la “malignización” de la Gran Empresa, como ente infernal y destructivo. Casi te hace sentir vergüenza decir que trabajas en una de ellas, por mucho que curres tanto o más que un emprendedor. Creo que se ignora el hecho de que las grandes empresas son importantes generadores de riqueza. Sí, con todos sus defectos y sus puntos de mejora. Que desde dentro, lo de mejorar lo intentamos bastante gente…
Mi visión es que se necesitan ambos mundos: un ecosistema de emprendedores realistas, con ideas innovadoras, combinados con grandes empresas abiertas al mundo exterior, consolidadas en lo económico pero no conservadoras en su espíritu, que estén interactuando activamente entre sí y dando soporte a las mejores oportunidades que se generan entre ambas.”
